Our Classes

At our classes we combine exercise and healthy eating, in with a fun and friendly, welcoming environment. We believe that it is important be among friends and you will soon experience the great camaraderie for yourself. So if you are thinking of joining on your own, as many of our members do, there’s no need to worry you will soon make the most supportive friends! Part of sustaining a healthy active lifestyle is to change and vary the exercise that you do, with this in mind we offer lots of variety across my classes. See the menu on the right for a list of my classes.

All of our members are individuals and exercise at their own pace. We offer 3 levels of workout so that you can pick what is right for you and focus on enjoying your workout. If you are not sure what class is right for you, give me a call and we can have a chat. If you decide you don’t like one of the styles, we can find another class that suits you best. It is really whatever works best for you!
