So what is Lift Lean
It is a brand new course unlike any other we have offered before.. It’s

- resistance training
- 20-minute, super-efficient early morning workouts
- Low impact

- Mon Wed Fri 7.15 am (also recorded to do later)
- Aimed at helping women (esp. menopausal) reduce body fat and improve muscle tone
- No co-ordination required
- Uses whatever equipment you already have (i.e. hand weight, kettle bell, resistance band, tins
- of beans!)
- Turn your body into a fat burning machine and speed up metabolism – your body will remain in that state throughout the day.
- Strengthen/lengthen muscles and improve bone density
