So what is Lift Lean

It is a brand new course unlike any other we have offered before.. It’s

  • Female focused
  • resistance training
  • 20-minute, super-efficient early morning workouts
  • Low impact
  • Closed Facebook support
  • Mon Wed Fri 7.15 am (also recorded to do later)
  • Aimed at helping women (esp. menopausal) reduce body fat and improve muscle tone
  • No co-ordination required
  • Uses whatever equipment you already have (i.e. hand weight, kettle bell, resistance band, tins
  • of beans!)
  • Turn your body into a fat burning machine and speed up metabolism – your body will remain in that state throughout the day.
  • Strengthen/lengthen muscles and improve bone density
