Here at JBD Fitness and Dance,
We can help you look better, feel better and move better, through fitness dance and nutrition. We currently run a wonderful mix of in person and online classes, which range from Fitness Pilates to resistance training for midlife ladies, and from dance fitness to kettlebells.
My members are feeling empowered, strong, supported and are losing inches and weight, and feeling so much fitter. We also host regular empowerment day events where you can take some time out to really focus on yourself, always set in beautiful locations. Our Fitness Classes Include
Fitness pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. by applying the fundamental pilates technique and exercise fitness pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances! The aim is to identify basic postural imbalances through Pilates based exercise: We can use a fitness Pilates to Increase muscular balance and strength Improve posture Improve core and back strength Improve every day functional ability
Stretch and Mobility,
This blissful class not only will help you wind down, but also rejuvenate you and ensure you are keeping your body mobile with a touch of self care too. Deep stretch and relaxation session which incorporates core work to help project the back, shoulders and joints from injury
Dance your way to a fitter, slimmer, empowered you, by combining the principles of dance, aerobic, interval training and resistance training to have far burning party. A fusion of fitness and dance that everyone can achieve.

Most classes involve a weigh in with a quick chat at the scales, a group talk and around 45 minutes of exercises and fun. It not compulsory to join in for the exercise, but just think of all the extra calories you could be burning.
I’ve not exercised for years, and I’m not as mobile as I used to be, are your classes right for me?
Me and my instructors are qualified to teach and adapt exercise classes to suit all ages and abilities. Work at your own pace but if you have any worries or concerns about your class, speak to us and we can soon adapt the exercises to best suit your needs.
What do I need to bring with me?
Wear comfortable clothing: most people wear leggings or tracksuit bottoms, t-shirts and trainers. Bring a plastic water bottle, towel and exercise mat if you have one. For health and Safety reason exercising bare foot is not allowed other than in our Fitness Pilates sessions – thank you.
What sort of class is best for me?
We offer a variety of different classes, they can be found under the fitness tab at the top of the page, if you still can’t decide which class is best for you, give me a call or drop me an email.
Can I come to more than one class?
Yes, yes, yes! We would always encourage you to do more exercise. You will get fitter quicker and meet more like-minded people by doing extra exercise at other classes. The range on offer means that you really can get a well rounded workout. We offer a premier plus membership which offers great value if you are attending more than one session.
